Merchandise Return / Exchange

1. Unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange.
2. Articles returned or exchanged must have their tags attached.
3. Kindly include a copy of the invoice with the items returned.
4. We suggest you contact our account manager before exchanging or returning any merchandise. (Contact details)

Non-refundable Items

1. Merchandise on promotion are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Stockings and panties are not refundable and not exchangable once opened.
3. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. The cost of shipping returned items to us will be borne by you.

Return / Exchange Instructions

1. Carefully package the unworn and unused items to be returned.
2. In the event of an exchange, kindly enclose a copy of your packing slip or invoice, indicating if you want a refund or an exchange.
3. If you want to exchange items, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like in return.
4. Ship your package to:

5. We recommend purchasing insurance as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, the additional sum will be charged to your credit card. If the items exchanged are lesser in value, the sum of shortfall shall be adjusted back to your credit card.
2. Vivasensual.com reserves the right to charge a nominal shipping fee to ship exchanged items back to you.
3. Please allow 15 days to process any Refund or Exchange & Return request from the date of receipt of the returned/exchanged items.
4. Kindly allow an additional 5 to 7 days to receive exchanged items and adjustments (if any) to appear on your credit card statements.
